X Axle Numerical Control Rear Stopper |
|
The standard configuration rear stopper is X axle numerical control, adjust R axle with up-and-down motion by manual and move the stopper pointer easily along with the linear guide. The 2 axles, 4 axles or 5 axles numerical control rear stopper can be assembled selectively according to the complexity of geometrical shape of workpieces with different styles. |
Mechanical Clamping Of Upper Die |

The standard configuration of upper die clamping device is mechanical wedge clamping. Rapid mechanical clamping can be assembled selectively and domestic or imported hydraulic clamping device can be also assembled selectively. |
Lower Die 2-V Quick Change |
|
The lower die adopted is clamping method of double V quick change and multi-V lower die breadth workbench and clamping method of single V lower die can be assemble selectively. |
Manual Workbench Mechanical Deflection Compensation Device |

Suggest to assemble workbench mechanical deflection compensation device selectively, adjust compensation by manual and the compensation dosage is shown by scale for improving the convenience to adapt bending precision adjustment of workpieces with different thickness and length. |

Rear Stopper |
|
The overall structure adopted is qualified aluminium alloy extrusion profile with high rigidity and stable precision. Standard equipped with two numerical control axles of X and R axles with fast speed and the electric stick control stopper pointer moves left and right along with cylindrical guide. Can assemble Z1 and Z2 numerical control axles selectively and the stopper pointer moves left and right controlled by numerical control system automatically. |
